Black Pearl Wellness was born from a long, quiet listening — to my own body, to my grandmother's kitchen remedies, and to the ocean I grew up beside in San Diego.

After years working in clinical wellness spaces that felt sterile and rushed, I began holding small sound baths in my living room. Twelve people became thirty. Thirty became a community. Black Pearl became the sanctuary I'd always needed.

I am a certified sound practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and herbalist trained in the lineage of Western and ancestral African traditions. But more than any of those credentials — I am a woman who believes deeply that we already carry every answer we are seeking. My work is simply to hold space while you remember.
